I met Bobbo the first time at Ed's funeral, he always kept in touch throughout the years, we hooked up a few years back in Vegas... he was a really great guy, very giving... he will be missed but never forgotten. Now Ed and him can hang out together…

very sad he's gone. get his book, BOBBO'S LITTLE BOOK OF PINSTRIPE DESIGNS, and own a little piece of this special man. he used to autograph all copies. lucky enough to have one. R.I.P. BROTHER. you will be missed.

I can't believe Bobbo is gone, I knew him since the early 70's, does anyone know how he actually died ? sources tell me place of death was at home,not VA hosp.

FYI fellow pinstripers: Robert "BOBBO" Dunn, 1931-2009

For those of you who did not know, BOBBO passed away yesterday. I met him a few years back at one of Tony Perez's brush bashes. When he learned I was just starting out he would hunt me down just before he would get ready to start a project that day and show me what he was doing and why he was doing it. I learned a lot from him in those few short hours. I ran into him a couple times after that and talked with him on the phone as well. One of the true legends and one of the original pinstripers.
